NGLP believes that the development of leadership is a life-long process that starts with the potential within each person. This leadership group will become a catalyst for this peer group by recognizing and developing each others’ potential, and most important, by offering opportunities for individuals to use those fundamental skills.

Through programs, services and workshops that will be tailored for every situation, NGLP develops leadership skills in emerging leaders, those currently in a leadership position or those in other various student organizations.

NGLP believes that the leadership process begins by strengthening individual leadership skills, and offers opportunities for individuals to develop the fundamental skills that are helpful to maintain successful personal relationships with each other. These groups of students and leaders will contribute to the church, their campus organizations and participate as active citizens in our community.

In summation, the New Generation Leadership Program develops effective and essential leadership skills in students and student groups through comprehensive leadership education and diverse experiences.
