Pastor Phoebe Dial is the lead pastor of People's Church San Diego (formerly Glad Tidings Church). The eldest daughter of Rev. Emiliano and Elizabeth Guevara, she has undauntedly been the most outspoken pastor of the current times giving messages of love, forgiveness, and how in the world can one live a Christ-like life in this world of questions. Admirably, in the Filipino-American pastorship within California, and the Southern District of the Assemblies of God, Pastor Phoebe has been dubbed as the out serving-the-communities leader who spearheaded the Convoy of Hope activities in San Diego for the last 2 years.
Her leadership qualities has been so effectively aroused a congregation to stand on their feet and face the world; asa; bringing hot soup to San Diego's homeless in winter to spring, to providing inspirational songs with her musical leadership to the surrounding communities, to giving sermons outdoors rain or shine; to counseling couples. Loved by People's Church's families, she is married to an ever-patient/hard working engineer Max Dial, and they have three boys; one in college, one in high school, and one in elementary.
