Services:
Prepare and man the Information Booth every Sunday, making sure that first-time guests are given a guest card for them to fill-up.
- Give a gift as a token of appreciation to the first time guest.
- Send guest cards to meet their needs either for moral and spiritual support.
Ministry Opportunities:
- Serve in the information table during 1st & 2nd Service
- Friendly people who care enough to call or write cards
- Visit sick members or families in need
- Weekly Follow-up through email or postcards.
Ministry Goals:
- Share the vision of the Ministry to the church members to encourage and motivate them to serve.
- Coordinate with Ministry leaders concerning members who are sick, lost a loved one, hurting or discouraged so that we can send the appropriate card to meet their needs.
- Organize a telephone brigade from among the ministry members who will commit to call the guest assigned to them until the guest becomes part of the congregation.
- Conduct an orientation and short training on follow-up for the new volunteers.
Open line of communication to guests with email address/phone number so that we can email/call them about our activities, send short encouraging message, and offer to pray for their needs.

- This Ministry is all about good stewardship of those whom God brings to People’s church in all our services and events. They are our members and guests. They are the focus of the Ministry and its purpose and goals revolves around them.
